POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • Can you add a bathroom downstairs?

Absolutely. As long as there is space to do so, we can build a downstairs bathroom even without that existing structure. In our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your project goals and we will communicate the feasibility and costs of these changes.

  • What changes will you make to make my bathroom ADA Compliant?

When it comes to bathroom modifications we will first consider the person’s needs prior to making renovations. However, here are some of the things we will consider:

    • Enlarging the existing space to make room for wheelchair access,
    • Swapping out the toilet or shower stall for for a height or size accessible for someone with mobility issues
    • Creating a roll-in shower wide enough to allow a wheelchair, walker, or shower chair to enter without barriers
    • Installing a built-in secure seat to sit while showering and having a shower head with a long shower hose
    • Installing vanities that are a proper height to allow wheelchair access
    • Adding hardware for stability such as grab bars next to the toilet
    • Adding easy to access faucets for those with strength and coordination issues
  • What is the total budget for construction?

Remodeling costs can vary greatly not only based on design, but also the fixtures that you choose. After our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed plan and construction cost.

  • How is renovation project initiated?

The first step is to Contact Us to schedule an initial consultation. We will view your space, discuss your ideas and vision and provide you with a project proposal.
